Touch Tour at the Steppenwolf Theater
A couple dozen individuals with visual impairments and their friends and families came to the Steppenwolf Theater Sunday for a special event. Staff and actors met with the visitors before the day’s mainstage production, Head of Passes, giving them the chance to explore the set and providing live descriptions of the action on stage during the show through special headsets. Part of a regular program at the Steppenwolf, the day presented a unique opportunity for covering theater from a different angle.
